ABOUT US
Founded in 2010 as a French after-school program, Bonjour NY has evolved into a thriving summer day camp with three languages and three locations in NYC.
We have now weathered two pandemic summers and are so proud to have been able to provide your children with a safe, happy, and social summer after two difficult school years.
Camp was necessarily a bit different these last two summers, but with a lot of careful planning and care on our part, your children had fantastic experiences in a nurturing, fun, fully immersive environment.
This summer will be no different! With a new location and expanded reach, we are able to offer our programming to an even wider community of NYC families who are looking for language immersion with rich content and a wildly fun time.
Gabriel Torres (a former BNY counselor!) and Awantz St. Fleur, our lead administrative team, along with our experienced camp directors and senior counselors, welcome you back to summer.

“My kids love Bonjour NY! They are doing so many things (games, trips, art activities while speaking French) and they are not aware (at all) that at the same time they are learning and working on their French! The counselors are great and caring. We’ll do it this year AGAIN!!”

“Bonjour NY has been great for our daughter! The camp has a primarily native French speaking staff, and they dote on their campers. The staff is spirited and fun. Our daughter, who can be very shy, blossomed around these kind and thoughtful adults. She learned a great deal of French this summer and even now, several weeks later, uses it at home.”
